GLAD, New England's leading LGBTQ/HIV legal rights organization, seeks committed volunteers to staff GLAD's legal information service, called GLAD Answers. Be trained in LGBTQ/HIV civil rights legal issues. No prior legal experience is needed. Register now for the next training, October 16 & 18 (5:30-9:30pm) and October 20 (9am-4pm). Volunteer one weekday afternoon a week from 1:30-4:30pm in our downtown Boston office helping people in the LGBTQ community by providing legal information and resources that can make a real difference in their lives! GLAD has worked through the courts to win precedent-setting protections for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender people, and for people living with HIV. GLAD has a Legal Information Hotline which provides legal information and resources to people throughout New England, called GLAD Answers.
