House Manager is responsible for supervising ushers, assembling programs, passing messages, flowers, etc. to cast and crew, seating patrons as needed and cleaning house before and after performances. The House Manager also trains and/or assists any house personnel. House manager acts as liaison with Stage Manager and conveys front of house authorization to Stage Manager, once house is deemed ready for production to begin.
