The costume crew assists in borrowing, building, altering, and fitting the costumes for the show. Dressers help execute quick changes during a show. They are usually assigned to a specific actor or specific change. Job is exciting but high stress and requires calm and ability to work in dimly-lit places. Depending on size and complexity of show, dressers may also be members of running crew or be wardrobe mistress. Must wear all black for tech/dress rehearsals and performances.
