IN HOMES AND FACILITIES THROUGHOUT ORANGE COUNTY Provide comfort and support at the end of life to patients and families in private homes and Assisted Living Facilities throughout Orange County. Sit with a Patient and talk to them, hold their hand, read to them, sing to them, play games with them, share life stories and provide an important and much-needed break for the Patient's caregiver. You must be over 18, and able to commit 2 hours/week for a minimum of 6 months.If you have any questions, please contact the CareCHOICES Hospice, Inc.
