IN HOMES AND FACILITIES THROUGHOUT ORANGE COUNTY Provide comfort and support at the end of life to Patients and families in private homes and Assisted Living Facilities throughout Orange County. Sit with a patient and talk to them, hold their hand, read to them, sing to them, play games with them, provide a break to the patient's primary caregiver. Special skills-- singing, music, licensed massage therapy, etc. welcomed! Free hospice training provided to those willing to commit 1-2 hours per week. Please be 18, and able to commit 2 hours or more per week for a minimum of 6 months. If you have any questions, please call the CareCHOICES Hospice, Inc. Volunteer Department at 888-368-6869.
