If you have strong customer service skills, the ability to develop rapport with diverse communities, and are motivated to work independently, this is a terrific opportunity to put your talents to work and network within the automotive community. Even if you're not a car aficionado, this position is a great opportunity to develop your marketing and networking skills among local nonprofits.
Use your talent for customer service and effective communication to promote our Vehicle Donation program within the community and increase revenue available for our social service programs.
Join us for a couple hours as week and learn sales skills from a seasoned automotive professional!
Projects can include:
- Identify and visit business and work with fleet vehicle or automotive repair.
- Promote benefits of vehicle donation to other non-profit agencies and facilitate on-going communications.
- Demonstrate the impact of vehicle donation on serving vulnerable communities.
- Create operating procedures for face-to-face and phone communications.

Since 1896, Volunteers of America Oregon has worked to change lives by promoting self-determination and building strong communities.
