Please help our hospice families during a difficult time in their lives. We need compassionate, reliable volunteers to spend a couple of hours every week or two with our patients for companionship or so their caregivers can have a little time away. We will place you with a patient near your home. We will train you and be a support throughout this wonderful journey of volunteering. It will be the best experience of your life! Please leave your phone number or call Sabra, our Volunteer Coordinator, at Silverado Hospice, 281-397-8800. We follow CDC guidelines and if a patient has a contagious symptom, we do not allow volunteers to visit.

Description
Our agency helps individuals and their families cope with a terminal diagnosis and end of life decisions. We provide RN's, LVN's, CNA's, Social workers, and Chaplain's, as well as volunteer services to help our patients and their families.
