Mentor your youth and demonstrate the meaning of Christian love. Hospice volunteers are used to provide loving companionship to those facing a life limiting illness. What better way to help youth grow than to share time together with families in need of compassion and love. Sing hymns, read scripture, play games, run errands, the list is endless, so team up with your youth and begin to serve! No transprting or hands-on care.

Description
Heartland Hospice, South Bend Office provides care to patients in St. Joseph, Marshall and Elkhart Counties. With a plan of care designed to support both patients and caregivers. Volunteers are a vital part of the team providing a loving presence, support and practical help.
Heartland Hospice strives to provide care to all who are eligable and need hospice care wherever they call home, irrespective of ablility to pay.
