The Employment Services program assists job-seekers with finding employment by facilitating employment readiness classes and offering individual assistance to address and overcome employment barriers. This position assists the program by opening and monitoring the computer lab. Clients can utilize the computer lab for housing, employment and benefits search, as well as for working on job applications and resumes.
QUALIFICATIONS: Data entry skills, phone etiquette, customer service skills, knowledge of boundaries, ability to empathize with low income or homeless persons and ability to de-escalate clients. Prefer knowledge of computers and internet.
