What we need: YOU!
The Midwest Brain Injury Clubhouse is looking for volunteers to help assist us in setting up operating systems on computer donations, help network new computers, help us with our social media management, and other IT problems. Are you a computer science/engineer major, computer savy, professional IT? Do you have time to spare from time time? Would you mind volunteering an hour or two to set up some computers and fix tech issues? If so, we NEED YOU!
Who we are:
The Midwest Brain Injury Clubhouse (MBIC) offers a supportive community program based on the Clubhouse that "work is healing." This unique program provides opportunities to develop and improve skills, build relationships, and regain self-confidence. Our members use our computers to relearn how to type, research the internet, read daily newsletters, watch current events, learn how to shut-off and turn on a computer etc.
If you can spare some time to set up our donated computers or just make sure everything runs smoothly and would like to become our Volunteer Tech Consultant please give us a ring or email me at tammiko@mbiclubhouse.org .We are extremely flexible and work around YOUR schedule.....we do need someone we can count on. Please call me at 312.226.8714 if interested!
Thanks!
