The Women Empowerment Program supports women in their pursuit of healthy and sustainable lifestyles. The program provides a forum for issues such as family health, women’s rights, income generation, access to resources, and other challenges that women face. Volunteers will exchange ideas, assist with ongoing projects, teach basic English, help with small businesses, and provide the group with a positive role model. Support can be given in many ways other than those listed, depending on the skills of the individual volunteer, and the needs of the local community. The efforts of the volunteer make a huge positive impact to women in the most marginalized communities.

We empower our communities by providing education in English, health-care, agriculture, the environment, and the job market. Our program provides support to international volunteers who hope to create a positive impact in the lives of the Nepali people.
