NTNN organizes volunteers to go visit senior buildings and senior groups in Bloomfield and Glen Ridge for specific events. In the past NTNN has organized events for seniors including arts & crafts days, planting flowers, senior exercise classes, Zumba, "Meeting the Animals" from Bloomfield/Bukowski Shelter, educational seminars, game nights, musical performances, etc. Our volunteers have come from local colleges, high schools, church groups, etc. NTNN is always looking for new ideas for events. If you or your organization has a special talent or interest, feel free to contact NTNN’s Volunteer Coordinator about creating an event tailored to your interests. Whatever your interest, NTNN can create a community service event that will not only benefit seniors, but YOU will enjoy it too.
