Our farm volunteers love to watch the butterflies in our lovely butterfly garden. But it needs some TLC to keep it nice. Plant some new flowers, pick some encroaching weeds, re-arrange the rock border, decorate the trellis. This is a photo spot and such a pleasant little area to work in. The rewards are great when the flowers bloom and the butterflies put on their show! Sometimes the hummingbirds will even join them.

Sunset Vista provides small scale organic agriculture and self-sufficiency instruction to individuals and groups to deepen their understanding of food, its source and its relationship to health, while preserving the environment. Our goal is to inspire others to recreate in their own home and community environments, those principles they have learned here with us.
Description
We are on a 20 acre farm, with a Community Supported Garden, an activity barn where workshops are held on Survival Gardening, Herb-Drying, Organic Farming, and more.
