Want to help others learn to manage the symptoms of their chronic disease- to feel better and get more done?

A chronic disease self management program designed to empower those living with day to day symptoms. The workshop provides participants with a toolbox to increase skills necessary to manage their diseases, help to take responsibility for their day to day care, and work with their health care professionals.

Workshops are 2.5 hours long, held once a week for 6 sessions. They are held in the community: in churches, libraries and other public spaces.

RSVP is looking for volunteer peer leaders to co lead this 6 week workshop in Ontario, Seneca and Wayne Counties. Training and support is provided.
