About

Empower refugees and recent immigrants by teaching them the single most important skill for survival in Salt Lake City-English! Utah Health and Human Rights Project has partnered with the English Skills Learning Center to train volunteers in English tutoring. Volunteers have the option to provide individual tutoring and/or to teach a small class. ESLC provides both training and materials so that you feel prepared. Approximately 2 one-hour sessions per week for 6 months is expected. Help restore dignity and self sufficiency!
