This activity is designed to replicate an actual job interview. Job Readiness Workshop participants dress in job interview appropriate attire. Volunteers are assigned small groups of Job Readiness Workshop participants and interview them in a format that allows all Job Readiness Workshop participants to receive immediate productive feedback and advice. All volunteer interviewers complete a score sheet for each interviewee.
Every other Thursday, 1:05 - 2:35 p.m. (1-3 volunteers).
All volunteers will complete an application and should ideally have enough work experience to be able to share some "words-of-wisdom" with the participants. Volunteers can help on a one time or recurring basis, though we do encourage new volunteers to observe a session at least once to become familiar with the role.
