The purpose of The Sean Costello Memorial Fund for Bipolar Research is to apply Sean’s celebrity and music to address the connection between creativity and bipolar disorder in three ways: Research, Advocacy and Reduction of Stigma.

Description

GOALS OF THE SEAN COSTELLO MEMORIAL FUND FOR BIPOLAR RESEARCH

To raise awareness and support research for early diagnosis and intervention of bipolar disorder.

Positions:

  1. To support research for early intervention and diagnosis.
  2. To supply information about resources for families.
  3. To support research focusing on the connection between bipolar disorder and creativity.
  4. To lobby for health care policy change to afford help before damage is irreparable.
