Help our organization run more smoothly by volunteering your time working in an IT Support role. We are looking for a technically savvy, energetic, intelligent, analytical person that has the ability to interface directly with our "user community" to resolve support issues. Candidate must be able to follow written and verbal instructions and willing to work on site at Taliesin West. The right candidate should be a good communicator, have patience and the ability to prioritize needs of internal customers. This position will assist the IT Director by: resetting passwords, helping to setup phones and phone apps, installing printer drivers, setting up e-mail clients and handling basic IT questions/requests. One to two hours per day would be ideal, or we can work with your schedule as needed.
