The Information Desk is the Center’s frontline for establishing a welcoming and comfortable environment for visitors. Information Desk Volunteers not only greet visitors and handle ticket sales, but also provide information and answer questions about the organization and its exhibitions, activities, facilities, services, and membership benefits.
Currently the minimum age to volunteer with the Asia Society Texas Center is 18 years of age. All volunteers must attend the volunteer orientation and complete all training associated with the Information Desk Volunteer assignment.
Applications are available online or by mail. Contact the Volunteer & Intern Manager for an application or further information.
Volunteer service hours for this opportunity cannot be used toward court-ordered community service for probation purposes.
