A Place-2-Live, Inc. (AP2L) is looking for volunteers to help our nonprofit organization with housing placement.

Research permanent housing opportunities for homeless families/individuals obtaining residency within 7 counties. Negotiate rents with Landlords/Property Management Company's. Conduct Move-in/out Inspections. Report to Case Manager for any lease violations by tenants, conduct rental leasing workshops helping tenants to become familiar with Tenant Rights & Responsibilities. Write lease agreements, post notices and handle all maintenance work orders.
