Junior Achievement is the world’s largest organization dedicated to educating students about workforce readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy through experiential, hands-on, volunteer lead programs.
Our Middle School programs, 6th - 8th grade, help teens make difficult decisions about how to best prepare for their educational and professional future. Programs develop communication skills that are essential to success in the business world and teach students the basic concepts of business and economics and how education is relevant to the workplace.
Junior Achievement provides volunteers training and all required program materials.
Middle School programs have been requested by teachers throughout the Richmond and Petersburg area. To view the open classes visit our website: www.jatoday.org, click on the Volunteers tab, then Sign Up link.
