This is a multi faceted postion at our Information Desk and in high traffic corrirdors. Duties include welcoming and conversing with a wide-variety of people, finding solutions to problems, escorting people to their destination (if able) and most importantly, being a friendly, helpful smiling person who can ease others fears.
This volunteer position sets the tone for all those who enter the hospital and is a wonderful opportunity for people who are hospitable and enjoy being of service.
Positions available at the following CPMC campuses: Davies, Pacific, California, and St Luke's.

Volunteers help lift the spirits of patients, families, friends and staff by providing hospitality, patient visits, and participating in special projects. The volunteers are the customer service ambassadors of the medical center.
