Help restore and keep up Elizabeth Coleman White's historic gardens and trails and restore historic blueberry fields and cranberry bogs. Mulching and weeding are a big part of the volunteer work to be done. Great for people who enjoy volunteering in a public and historic garden. Most of the volunteer work is done during Whitesbog's volunteer workdays which are usually the first Saturday of the month from 9 am to 2 pm (lunch is provided). We have goves and tools!
Some training is provided to guide newbies in the plants of the garden, which specializes in native plants of the Pine Barrens. Meet other plant lovers and botanists who love exploring and photographing plants in the region.
