We need fundraising friends to bring your enthusiasm and experience in fund raising. Our team needs your fresh ideas to help us raise much needed funds to help prevent family violence and suport our programs. Every day 2 to 3 new families access our services and begin to make changes in their lives. You can help us with the time and effort it takes to put on a grreat fundraising event!
You can do this in our office or from your own computer. We need help with our fund raising and are looking for friends who can direct a fund raising campaign. You will have plenty of support from the Executive Director, Development team, Director of Clinical Programs, the Board and plenty of volunteers. We meet two times a month.
We need your help to so that we can continue to provide low cost counseling services to families in crisis from separation and divorce. We also provide counseling for kids.
We can also do this as an internship for college students. We currently have several college students on internships.

Mission Statement
F.A.C.E.S. mission is to provide community based no and low cost professional counseling and other services for children and their families in crisis from separation and divorce, and to provide education to prevent family violence. FACES is a training facility, offering opportunities for learning about therapy and working with California family law courts, social services and other community organizations.
Description
Family Assessment Counseling & Education Services, bettter known as F.A.C.E.S. was founded in 1988 for children and families in crisis.
Our Programs were developed in response to community needs They include:
- Family and Child Counseling, monitored visits, anger management, parenting classes, single parents groups, co-parents groups, teen anger management, childrens groups.
- Education Services for professionals who work with families. English and Spanish, Farsi, Korean, Vietnamese, etc.
Fundraising events include a volunteer recognition lunch, a barbecue, a gala dinner in the fall, a pie eating contest on CSUF campus, a Thanksgiving Feast for volunteers, several restaurant fundraisers, a casino night and Hearts in Action every year in February.
