Our Cause to Save First Responders has a long reach, and touches the lives of everyone; First Responders, Family and Friends, and our Communities. The timing in the industry could not be more perfect with mental health on the forefront of every news outlet and finally beginning to crack the stigma that has been attached to mental health issues.
What is our Cause?
To create a confidential Peer to Peer Exclusive First Responder Residential Rehab where they can heal in a sale environment among their peers from PTSD, Mental Health Issues, Addiction and Suicide Ideation.
Why?
The obvious, unthinkable 911 scenes that First Responders cannot un-see, un-hear or un-smell, viciously haunt their minds and affect their emotions. They are trained to keep it in, leave it at the 'office', and be the Hero. However, with so much civil unrest, unexpected COVID that surprised the world, causing an extreme overload of activity, these men and women cannot help but begin to break, and when they do they have nowhere safe to turn...Until Now.
Who we are:
We are a 501(c)3 and a small group of motivated individuals, all working on different aspects of the business plan, all are also fundraising, and we all need a leader to help us unfold this project with confidence that we have not missed one step in the process so that we are in compliance as we grow...
We are Proud to say that Exclusively First Responders will be the Host of the West Coast Premier of this dynamic Documentary sometime in November.

Conrad Weaver, (Filmmaker at ConjoStudios, LLC) is producing and directing PTSD911 , his fourth feature-length documentary. In 2015 Conrad received a Mid-America Regional EMMY(r) Award for his documentary feature, the Great American Wheat Harvest (2014). His most recent documentary, Heroin’s Grip (2018) received numerous awards including a Peer Gold Award from the Television and Internet Video Association in Washington, D.C. Conrad’s experience working with law enforcement and emergency responders while producing Heroin’s Grip inspired him to begin working on PTSD911.
We would be so grateful and consider it an honor to bring a Seasoned CEO Volunteer as our Leader, who will oversee every aspect of the company, and deliver tasks and responsibilities to the appropriate team member in a kind and respectful manner.

Exclusively First Responders is on a mission to create awareness that First Responders are suffering with PTSD, Mental Health, Addiction and Suicide Ideation; We provide a safe, confidential place for our Heroes to get well exclusively among their peers so they can re-enter the workforce and confidently help the communities they serve.
Description
EXCLUSIVELY FIRST RESPONDERS is a confidential, safe facility where First Responders GET WELL AND STAY WELL among their peers. The key is to STAY WELL to heal among their peers who suffer with PTSD, Mental Health Issues, Suicide and Substance Addiction. We understand the unique needs of first responders and have created the perfect environment and programs for them to overcome their issues. We provide immediate intervention, emergency assistance, detox services, safe peer-to-peer residential rehab housing, peer group therapy, intensive individual therapy, whole person approach utilizing holistic modalities, and other progressive treatments. recovery therapy, preventative outreach, proprietary sober coach after-care services, and ongoing education.
Our volunteers, interns and employees are all professionals, certified and licensed, many also recovering addict/alcoholics and with that personal understanding of a suffering individual we connect deeply with our clients. Compassionate, enthusiastic, and educated, our team of experts work together to create the perfect individual program for each responder. We value our team above all and treat them with equal respect - our team is more like a family, working together to save our first responders.
