The Adams County Community Garden Project is a collaboration among interested organizations, individuals, and neighborhoods in Adams County, Colorado. The goal is to promote the development of community gardens to help feed those doing the gardening, as well as to provide an additional food source for area food banks.
Volunteers are needed to help in planting and maintaining the gardens, and in helping to harvest and transport the vegetables produced to the locations where they are most needed.
Volunteers are also needed to help develop and promote the community garden project so that more gardens can be planted countywide.
