The City of Bell Gardens Day of the Dead Celebration of Life & Love is a free community event featuring community altars, live entertainment, arts and crafts, vendors, face painting, and games. Admission is free.
SHIFTS AVAILABLE
2-5:30PM - SET-UP CREW: Duties include general event set up, hanging signs, helping vendors find their spaces, setting up Check In tables, and decorations.
5-9PM EVENT CREW: Duties include welcoming guests, assisting in game booths, arts and crafts booths, backstage, green room, community altar, or main activation booth.
8:30-10:30 PM STRIKE TEAM: Duties include event teardown, removing signs, helping vendors exit their spaces, clearing green room, tearing down event booths, help with load-out, and assisting event leads as needed.

Description
EMPRCO links community leaders and youth to opportunities that provide professional growth. Helps local youth gain valuable work experience and community service credit. Volunteers are never charged to participate in service projects. Adults may be required to provide fingerprints prior to volunteering based on agency policies.
