Wanted: Stage hands, servers, security, traffic control and more

About: Mesa Arizona Non-profit violently robbed for bounce houses fundraiser Halloween Addition: Oct, 30th - 31st. 2021. (outdoor) FREE toy and trick & treating for the kids.

Hello, my name is Marcus Duke I'm the executive director of a local non-profit here in Mesa Arizona we have been in business since 1996 out of Milwaukee Wisconsin in 2016 I won the BET award for my community service working with gangs.

After enduring the pandemic like most other businesses we were able to survive barely and try to build for the future. We were able to lease a building at 714 East Brown road in Mesa for our shop/studio for club kids a place where we can work on, clean, and prepare the equipment. The incident:

On Sunday the 25th, we were unloading a truck full of supplies to move into the new location however it started raining and didn't let up until the 26th that Sunday... I stepped out to grab something to eat for dinner and when I returned I noticed a white pickup truck was in my parking space, so as I pulled around I also noticed a smaller white car with two White/Hispanic ladies loading up supplies. So I jumped out immediately and told them that the stuff is not free and ask them to please return it... However the ladies started arguing with me and approaching me to distract me from the heavier set White / Hispanic male in the white pickup truck as he drove off with all of the supplies... so I made a bad decision and decided to chase the pickup truck down on foot... I was able to get just barely to the back of the truck before he pulled off, so I held on as he dragged me for about 40 ft. At that time he was picking up so much speed that I decided it was in my best interest to just let go.

So after tumbling a few more feet and busting up my knee, I seen the white car pulling out of the driveway... so the lady driver aimed the car at me and hit the accelerator. I was able to jump on the curb out of the way.

Our loss: The bounce houses were purchased from Facebook used for $1,600 less than 30 days ago if we would have purchased the bounce houses new we would have been over 5 grand... The bounce houses were purchased as a fundraiser mechanism for our organization future events the first one was going to be installing a fence around the lot for security. They also got away with the 40 ft. tent cover (we still have all the poles and supplies) that cost us $1,000 to purchase.

The recovery: So our game plan going forward is to fundraise for 3 new bounce houses and the fence for the building which should cost about 10 grand. If you would like to help please follow the link below please share this information and hopefully someone have some information about the people responsible for such a heinous assault. Let's locate the perpetrators: FYI: We are looking for a couple of mid-age white or Hispanics... two ladies and two men, one white pickup truck and one smaller white car there was also a white pickup truck on a scene with a canoe sticking straight up out the back multiple colors orange and reds...I believe he was an accessory.
