Arts in CT has a new home! During Covid Arts in CT was in a crisis because we had to move from my location that we had been in for over six years. Now we have moved to New haven at 351 McKinley Street in the Saint Brendan, Saint Aiden school. Larger than ever, we want to be an asset to our community! Arts in CT will be hosting our open house event on October 17 from 2 PM to 6 PM as an Oktoberfest festival for the community. We are looking for an advisory board to help us plan, set up, and create one of the most exciting events in New Haven for the Westville community and the city of New Haven. We want to be here for our community and we would love to have a well organized planned event to showcase the artist, the community center, and some artistic fun for all ages.
if you are skilled and helping, getting the word out, putting out flyers, fundraising opportunities for Arts in CT, getting sponsors to sponsor this event, helping set up, and many other opportunities. We would love to have your assistance. Please sign up today as we would like to set up our first meeting on next Thursday at 6pm on Zoom.

We are looking for organizers for festivities such as face painting, scarecrow stuffing, pumpkin paintings, arts and crafts, wreath making, pumpkin carving, and so much more. Join us for this delightful event as we bring Arts in CT to the New Haven community.

this is the stress reliever we all need during this pandemic! Please help us to create a social distance fun October open house festival.

Proceeds from this event will go to our nonprofit to create more programs for our local community. Arts in CT is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit arts organization creating programs for the local community across the state of Connecticut.

Fundraiser-this person will help create plans and processes to make sure we have Fundraiser so we can meet the budget for this event.

Sponsor Team- this team will be sending our sponsorship letters and making phone calls so we can make sure that we have met the budget without any overhead cost and stress on the community

Greeting Committee-this team will help greet the community and let the community know about the event as they go out walking and putting out the flyers

Marketing-this team will be going from school to school putting out flyers to give them the information about this community event

Administration: this team will be writing the press release and the blogs for the event

Community Posting-this team will take the social media and post this event all throughout the city of New Haven on every digital platform and grocery stores
