Who We Are

Rescuing Leftover Cuisine is a 501(c)3 non-profit that redistributes excess food to people experiencing food insecurity.


What We Do

We partner with licensed food vendors (offices, restaurants, etc..) who know they will have excess, wholesome cuisine and link their food donations to a human service agency within their local community. We then provide volunteer Food Rescuers to collect that excess food on a weekly (sometimes daily!), recurring basis and walk it to the homeless service agency to help feed individuals who can benefit from a good meal!!

RLC is seeking a reliable, compassionate leader to pick up food donations and deliver them to a human service agency, where the donations will then be distributed to the homeless and food insecure community. Many of our food pickups and deliveries can be done on foot but we are bringing on larger donation sizes that require a vehicle for transportation.
