The holiday season is here! There are hospice patients in your community who would love a handmade holiday card to show that they are in your thoughts. Most facilities are currently not allowing visitors, which will make the holidays a lonely time for many. Help us bring some cheer to those who need it most! We are looking for volunteers to help us make Christmas, Hanukkah and New Years cards!
We are looking for cheerful, colorful cards to share love and holiday wishes.
Feel free to be creative and use your own supplies, or we can supply card making supplies if needed.
Contact-less card pick up will be provided by our Volunteer Coordinators. Pick ups will be completed by Friday, December 18th to allow time for distribution to patients.
Volunteer Coordinators will distribute cards to our patients in nursing homes, assisted living facilities and homes.
Feel free to get the whole family involved, this is a great project for kids to help with!
Here are some examples of messages for the cards!
