Pagus Center for Achievement

education-health-leadership

We seek a diversified board to assist us in growing our capacity. We have been working in Ghana for 15 years and have developed a dynamic program to empower youth to be change makers in their own communities.

Financial sustainability is our primary challenge. We are looking for additional board members to help us build financial sustainability and capacity to expand our outreach. Long-range, we plan for this flagship program to be run locally, in Ghana, so we may initiate/seed similar programs in youth development in other locations as the board deems fit.

Members of the Board support the work of the organization and provide mission-based leadership and strategic governance. While day-to-day operations are led by the organization's Executive Leadership, the Board's relationship with the executive team is a partnership, and the appropriate involvement of the Board is both critical and expected.
