Seattle Goodwill has pivoted our Job Training & Education (JTE) programs and classes to a hybrid model due to COVID-19. We are offering both in-person (with adjustments and processes in place to follow Washington State and CDC guidelines) and virtual classes for our students in order to provide a safe learning environment and accessibility during the pandemic.
Front Desk Health Screening Volunteer - Office Aide
We've worked hard to develop and implement the new policies and protocols designed to keep our learning community safe. With this new post-COVID reality, we are looking for a small team of volunteers to assist the Welcome Center staff in ensuring that our students follow those policies and protocols as they enter the training center. This volunteer will show students where to stand for good social distancing, assist students in completing a daily health survey, and temp students with a contactless thermometer. Comprehensive training will be provided. The schedule is 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM Monday through Thursday. Volunteers can cover one shift or all four. We do ask that you commit to the full 3 hour shift on any given day.
