Kids Around The World and Strong Tower Ministries are teaming up in 2020 and going big! We are greatly expanding the type and scope of opportunities we offer volunteers, and for some roles have some additional incentives!
Come find the best way for God to utilize your gifts for His Kingdom, tailored to your schedule! We have many exciting new openings for volunteer team members and leaders at Kids Around The World!

Join us for about an hour long tour and service opportunity on February 8th, either during our 9:00am to 11:30am session, or our 2:00pm to 4:30pm session. Explore a variety of volunteer roles that may provide you with a bit more "skin in the game." Let us help you find a role to serve in that fits your availability, calling, talents and gifts whether with us or with one of our many outstanding partners!
Here are some of the roles that volunteers will be filling for us in 2020 and beyond:

~Drivers for 26 foot moving trucks

*Some roles are incentivized with credits toward international mission trips.
*Some roles offer paid travel opportunities.
*Special programs for kids ministry and student ministry leaders.
At the event on the 22nd of February, we will showcase and explain the various roles we are filling. The goal of our event is to place trustworthy volunteers into recurring roles across a broad spectrum of what we do here at Kids Around The World. Whether you want to serve a few times per year, monthly, weekly or full time, there are fun and rewarding opportunities to do so!
While at the event, there will also be some workshops building tables and carts from wood to be used at meal packing events, and you will have the opportunity to pack some meals to be sent to children in suffering from malnutrition.
Serve locally. Serve regionally. Serve globally. Go Deeper in 2020!

Description
PLAY
We partner with organizations to establish playgrounds in poverty-stricken communities. Our play program restores the opportunity for children to enjoy the kind of play that is key to their physical, emotional, spiritual and cognitive development.
FEED
In partnership with volunteers from all over the U.S., we package and deliver the nutritional requirements undernourished children need for physical and mental development in an effort to break the cycle of poverty.
TRAIN
We assist local teachers to create environments that will effectively disciple children for Jesus. Through the "KIDStory" program, they hear stories word for word from the Bible and learn fun, interactive ways to retell God’s Word.

REQUIREMENTS
- For this date, you'll need to spend roughly one hour. For recurring volunteering, this varies for various roles. Our hope is that our volunteers will register to work with us 4 or more times per year as a bare minimum.
- Some roles are for adults only and require a driver's license and a suitable background of experience. Other roles roles would work well for teens or tweens and most are great for families with kids of all ages to team up on.
