This is the STEM Open House of the year! All of our friends (professionals, museums, engineering corporations, and more) are teaming up to bring Girl Scouts the best hands-on activities, all in one place!
Help at check-in, or facilitate a hands-on STEM activity in this event for Girl Scouts grades K-5. We also need someone trained in First Aid/CPR to help at this event.

About Girl Scouts of Northern Illinois
Location:
South Elgin Resource Center, 353 Randall Rd, South Elgin, IL 60133, US
Mission Statement
Girl Scouting builds girls of courage, confidence and character who make the world a better place.
Description
Come help us make our future leaders as we have been doing since 1912! We ARE the premiere organization for Girls Everywhere! The Girl Scout Program is girl-driven, reflecting the ever-changing needs and interests of today's girls. Girls discover the fun, friendship, and power of girls together. Girls learn the importance of personal responsibility, the value of goal-setting, the spirit of teamwork, and the thrill of accomplishment.
Girl Scouting is for every girl, everywhere---where today's girls can become tomorrow's leaders. Membership in Girl Scouts is open to girls in grades K-12th; women and men over 18 can join as adult members with a completed adult application and background check.
