I'm looking for people who are interested in travel and like to work with families and teenagers... IS THAT YOU? DO YOU KNOW SOMEONE WHO'D BE GREAT AT THIS???

The Area Representative is an independent contractor position, so it allows you to keep any full time position that you already have.

What you do?

~Find Host Families
~Build and maintain relationships with schools
~Lead Host Family to website to complete the online application: www.iwanttohost.org
~Complete a Host Family in-home interview
~Check References
~Facilitate a Host Family Orientation before the student arrives
~Monthly Check in - call or visit the host family and student once a month and document online
~Check in with school each semester

Compensation
~$1000 per placement for academic year student, $800 for one semester student
($600 at time of placement and $400 paid out as $40 per month over the program time)
~Opportunity for Travel to our Annual Pan Atlantic Foundation Conference!!
Upcoming conference is to Southern Portugal and Seville Spain 2019! (All expenses paid! Place just 4, FOUR, students TO GO TO EUROPE!)
~Additional Incentives may be offered throughout the year as well

Personal Requirements
~Must own a computer and have internet access
~Must have a genuine interest in working with teens and families
~Must be able to remain objective
~Must be professional in appearance and also in manner
~Must be critically perceptive and objective in working with potential host families
~Must be over the age of 25
~Should be well-networked in their community
