About us:

We’re an independent non-profit agency that builds, develops, acquires, and manages low- and moderate-income housing in Palo Alto and the San Francisco Bay Area. We provide high-quality, safe housing; subsidize rents to the greatest degree possible, and support our residents in reaching their goals through our Resident Services program. Holiday Donations Team

We are also seeking donors who wish to sponsor the following this holiday season:

  1. $50 Trader Joe’s gift cards to help low-income families purchase a Thanksgiving dinner
  2. Move-in Kits

Eagle Park Apartments is a newly built 67-unit apartment complex for extremely-low to low-income households that will be ready for occupancy in early 2019. Of the 67 units, 33 will be set aside for homeless individuals, with 30 of those units specifically for extremely-low income and special needs homeless veterans. Eagle Park Apartments will be an architecturally innovative building for households earning up to 60 percent of the Santa Clara County Area Median Income (AMI). The unit mix consists of 62 studios at approximately 400 square feet and five one-bedroom apartment homes at nearly 600 square feet.

Centrally located in Mountain View at 1701 W. El Camino Real, the building is between Shoreline and El Monte, within walking distance of groceries, pharmacies, restaurants and public transit. Eagle Park Apartments is designed by Van Meter, Williams and Pollack and will be Green Point Rated with the following green design features: solar thermal system, energy-efficient HVAC system, energy efficient lighting and water-conserving fixtures.

We are seeking volunteer donors or groups who wish to sponsor Move-In Kits for residents as they move into the building in January 2019 to ensure they have everything they need to start a new chapter of their lives at Eagle Park Apartments. Donors may choose to send/drop off the kits or can go a step further and take the time to lovingly arrange the items in the unit before the resident takes occupancy. If you or your group wish to sponsor anywhere from one to sixty-seven Move-In Kits, please contact Kate Young, VP of Resident Services at kyoung@pah.community.

Each Complete Move-In Kit values approximately $220 (excluding sales tax). It is also possible to sponsor smaller portions of the move-in kit for the bedroom, kitchen and/or bath only.

For more details on these donation opportunities, please contact Kate Young kyoung@pah.community
