As the Human Resources Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources policies, procedures, and programs. You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and developing volunteers, as well as overseeing the performance management of our staff. You will also be responsible for providing advice and guidance on labor and employment law issues.


We are looking for someone who is passionate about our non-profit’s mission and who has experience in human resources. We need someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
