Event Volunteers needed for Bacon Eggs & Kegs! (21+ Only)

Northwest Harvest is proud to be the beneficiary of Bacon, Eggs, & Kegs, "the perfect celebration for brunch fanatics, local brew lovers, and Bloody Mary enthusiasts!" Volunteers are needed Saturday, September 8th and Sunday, September 9th. All volunteers will receive a FREE ticket to the event for the day they are not working.

All volunteers must be 21 years or older, and all volunteers must be pre-registered. There are no drop-in volunteers opportunities for this event.

All volunteers will receive an event t-shirt and will work alongside a great team of volunteers and staff! (Please note: due to our event license, volunteers cannot participate in any of the alcohol tastings on the day they're volunteering.)

BREWERY STATION VOLUNTEER

• Duties: Assist brewery rep with greeting guests and pouring drinks.
• Shift: 10:00am - 3:30pm
• Needed: 40 volunteers

30' BLOODY MARY BAR VOLUNTEER

• Duties: Work at one of the 30-foot Bloody Mary bars, including prep, restocking of ingredients, and building made-to-order Bloody Marys for guests.
• Shift: 10:00am - 3:30pm
• Needed: 16 volunteers

QUICK SERVE BLOODY MARY STATION VOLUNTEER

• Duties: Manage the Quick Serve Stations and distribute Bloody Marys with set ingredients to guests.
• Shift: 10:00am - 3:30pm
• Needed: 8 volunteers

ENTRY VOLUNTEER

• Duties: Work alongside an event staff member to greet guests at the entrance and hand out booklets. Restock cups table and ensure that guests only take one cup when entering.
• Shift: 10:00am - 3:30pm
• Needed: 6 volunteers

ENTERTAINMENT VOLUNTEER

• Duties: Engage with guests and facilitate games (Egg & Spoon Races, Egg Roulette, Bacon Bingo, Egg Toss). Reset games not needing facilitating (Giant Jenga, Cornhole, Ladder Ball, Lifesize Yahtzee, Giant Connect Four, & Beer Pong).
• Shift: 10:00am - 3:30pm
• Needed: 4 volunteers

FLOATER

• Duties: Assist where needed. Fill in for other volunteers while they’re on a break.
• Shift: 10:00am - 3:30pm
• Needed: 4 volunteers

Parking not provided.

Northwest Harvest can provide service hours for school or work purposes, but we are unable to provide any court-related service.
