Hello community volunteers! LifeLong Medical Care is excited to be hosting a large community health event on June 23, 2018! We are celebrating the 8th anniversary of our Heart 2 Heart Mobile Health Van - an innovative community based health screening program in partnership with The City of Berkeley which has helped boost positive health outcomes in our community outcomes. To honor this milestone, we're having a Neighborhood Health & Wellness Celebration and need some hands to help!
We are seeking approximately 15 volunteers to assist with the following areas/activities:
- Set up/break-down
- Event registration
- Kid Zone events
- Raffle
- Food - Lunch distribution
- Vendor Support
- Photography
This is a great opportunity for volunteers who've been curious about LifeLong Medical Care services and culture to participate in a fun and meaningful health fair event . LifeLong Medical Care offers a sliding scale for low income patients based on family size and income. No Patient is denied health care services based on inability to pay.
