We are looking for a operations manager who can join our team of volunteers and help us manage contacts and transactions in salesforce. The candidate does not need any prior knowledge of salesforce. The operations manager will also be responsible for helping us launching our newsletter program by integrating the volunteers and donors list with mailchimp.

Our Vision is to Build an ecosystem, which will enable the under-privileged girls to get equal opportunity to pursue their dreams. We are committed to supporting them until they become independent and self-empowered.
Our programs are designed to address the root causes such as poverty, gender inequality, poor education infrastructure, child trafficking, child marriages and other social challenges, that inhibit under-privileged girls, right to equal opportunity.
Our Mission is to enroll more and more under privileged girls in our programs, so as to provide them an equal opportunity to become independent and self-empowered.
