This is with special emphasis on successful resident-contractor relations.

*This Opportunity Is Strictly Online. There are no paid participants. We take part in this highly neglected and ignored social good because of our compassion towards residents being better informed. The focus is on supporting our residents' rights to defend their homes against bad home service personnel working as contractors. The nonprofit offers the Service Booklet without charge.

Description

*Introduction:The Service Booklet is especially designed to empower those who are responsible for hiring home service personnel (such as contractors) to make safer and wiser decisions in this regard. In the U.S. home fraud is annually among the top ten consumer complaints in America. The nonprofit believes that when residents are better informed, we are least likely to become victims.

*In order to facilitate sharing this critical information, there are essential hyperlinks included in the Service Booklet. These hyperlinks lead to related government information and services which are intended for homeowners to access.

*However, since government constantly updates its information online, some links in the Service Booklet become inactive i.e. no longer useful. This is a reason the nonprofit (HGRBS) can use your assistance as an independent volunteer ally in this social good to check on the hyperlinks in the Service Booklet.

*Your participation is critical in helping to inspect Service Booklets for "inactive" or otherwise expired links which are no longer useful to residents of private homes. When you report on the "inactive" links you may discover in the guide, other HGRBS volunteers will bring them back up to date. Residents access all information intended for them to have. Team work.

*This Opportunity Strictly online.
