Home Sweet Home Moving Help:
● Moving large pieces of furniture from one location to another and up and down
stairs if need be
● Assemble furniture if needed
● Hang up curtains in apartment
● Work with staff, clients and other volunteers
Minimum Requirements:
● Ability to lift 75+ pounds
● Good communication skills with coordinator and other volunteers
● Willingness to learn project management skills
● An ability to work with a team
● An ability to manage time and to coordinate according to different variables
Desired Requirements:
● A strong eye for detail throughout the process and aware of people’s safety
● A passion to excel and challenge the opportunities that our programs can offer
● Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with others on
projects
● Demonstrated leadership and initiative
