Use your gifts/abilities Social media marketing of branded Facebook, Instagram, Constant Contact and LinkedIn accounts - but it can extend to other social channels. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who will work directly with the Executive Director.* Copywriting - often for multiple social media platforms * Community-building * Can attend meetings either in person or Zoom * Creative strategy * Good social media skills * Preferably reside in Tulare/Kings Counties * Past volunteer experience with a community organization

Mission Statement
Hands in the Community helps low income seniors, veterans, single parents, elderly, and others with everything from rides, fixing electrical, plumbing, building fences/handicapped ramps, painting homes, cleaning yards, and other handyman jobs. We do not charge for our services. HNC joins the hand of the helper to the hand of the needy.
Description
Hands in the Community is a non-profit organization established to provide volunteers, along with services in Tulare, King's, and lower Fresno County. We serve as a network, connecting services and resources between those who need them and those who can provide them. Working with existing organizations, as well as volunteers, we focus on not only fulfilling the needs of our community, but on building relationships and bridging gaps.
We provide an efficient network of services and support so that people in need can be ministered to in a timely & caring manner.
Our goal is to assist people in becoming self-sufficient and, more specifically, to strengthen the ability of families to care for themselves and their children.
