Currently Seeking Evening Visitation Supervisors. Wednesday, Friday, orSunday, any time after 4:45 until 8:15 and Sunday afternoon, 2:15-4:45. Hours are very flexible but come in at least one and a half hour increments.

Children's Rights Collaborative provides supervised visitations for parents and children who, without our center AND our volunteers, would not see each other at all. We provide a safe, secure, child-friendly site for visits to happen.

Our Volunteers sit with the families and take notes, not interacting with the family. The notes are then typed and can be requested by attorneys, guardians ad litem, magistrates, and judges. Volunteers can definitely play with the kids before and after the visits while they wait for a parent.

Volunteer must pass a background check which we do at no cost to the volunteer. You must be 18 or older. You must have legible handwriting, good hearing, patience to sit for 1-3 hours, and be able to climb stairs. You must be able to be impartial and non-judgmental. This is a great place for seniors, retirees, civic groups, college students, fraternities, sororities etc. We have no required days or hours you must sign up. You sign up for your own hours. We do train you.

Please contact us for more information.
