Education & Programming Volunteers include Garden Greeters, as well as folks that help school groups, field trips, and camp groups, and support other Garden educational programming. Education & Programming Volunteers also have the opportunity to attend training to become a Volunteer Docent and lead Public Garden Tours, represent the Garden at outreach events around Santa Fe, and be part of our Citizen Science data collection team. Description
The Santa Fe Botanical Garden at Museum Hill is open to the public and offers events and education programs for all ages. Volunteers are the heart of the organization, and are involved in every aspect of the Garden; including helping with school and public programming, gardening, helping with special events and even leading tours as a Volunteer Docent. Various volunteering opportunities require training before beginning the experience. Volunteers can work on a weekly, monthly, or as-needed basis. New volunteers and members are always welcome!
