The Southside community holds mass potential to produce young leaders who can impact their own community and beyond. Imagine seeing healthy, supportive families developing their children and walking alongside their neighbors as meaningful community members. This framework would set up all young people to thrive and take a dynamic role in the community’s growth. We need your help to make this a reality.
Summer Fusion Leadership Camp combines team building activities and discussion topics with community outreach and service.
Fusion has volunteer opportunities in many areas including leadership in: athletic games, team competitions, daily activities, outreach, and advising students led teams.
Volunteers Recommendations:
- At least 15 years or older
- Available at least 4 hours per week (June 21 st -August 6 th)
- Ability to work within team
- Desire to make a difference

Description
Currently working on the south side of San Antonio, we've found change happens through relationship. The happiest or saddest times in life usually revolve around people. We work to bring youth into mentoring relationships and small groups like a league of superheroes to finish school, care for each other and their families, and serve the community.
