Immunize Nevada is leading the charge to make sure every student has the shots they need to start school in the Fall. Many parents do not know what immunizations are required, where they can get them and what resources are available to them. The summer Outreach Team will receive a 2 hour outreach training before signing up for the over 20 events this summer!
Events typically take place on weekdays and weekends between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Once trained, you can sign-up for 3 - 6 hour shifts at events. Youth under the age of 18 can volunteer with their parents or guardian.
Join the education and outreach movement to keep kids heatlhy and in the classroom all year long!

Immunize Nevada is a statewide network of individuals, businesses, public health entities and organizations committed to improving and protecting the health of children, teens, adults and seniors in Nevada.
Established 17 years ago as a small group of citizens concerned about Nevada’s immunization rate being the lowest in the country, Immunize Nevada now consists of more than 100 members working together to help improve the health of Nevadans through vaccination awareness, outreach and education.
Immunize Nevada is pleased to announce that we have been certified by Points of Light as a Service Enterprise! A Service Enterprise is an organization that fundamentally leverages volunteers and their skills throughout their organization to successfully deliver on its social mission.
