Love Kitties? Help Us Feed Our TNR Cats!

Kitties need YOU! Help us provide food, water and kind words to our Trap Neuter Return (TNR) kitties. Seeking volunteers for cat colony management. We take care of homeless, community cats which have been abandoned to the street. Volunteers will supply cat feeding stations with food/water at the colony locations. Our volunteer colony caretakers feed in the evening near dusk/sunset time, 2-3 times a week. Our feeding sites are in industrial areas,and we have permission to feed on or near all properties. Do understand that many of these cats have been abandoned, abused and neglected so they are fearful of human touch. So you would not be able to pet these kitties. We provide food/supplies/training. This will only take 1-2 hours per week, but is a life saving effort for the kitties. These cats have been spayed/neutered and have no one else but us and they deserve our care as much as any other cat. We keep them out of local municipal shelters where they are almost always killed. Cat Sanctuary Caregiver 1-3 days per week 2-3 hours

The Foundation for Homeless Cats Sanctuary is home for elderly/medical former street kitties. Our organization focuses on the stray and homeless cat population, utilizing TNR (Trap/Neuter/Return) to tackle overpopulation. Our kitties really have no one else. Most have been abandoned, neglected, traumatized, some abused. We take them in, heal them-medically, physically and emotionally and once ready they are listed for adoption or receive life long sanctuary. Cat Caregivers ensure that the kitties' home is clean and safe, and that they have regular human interaction to help regain their trust in people. Duties include: lite vacuuming/mopping/dusting Cleaning cats towers/bedding Filling food and water Brushing/petting and loving the kitties Scooping litter boxes

Cat Lover? YOU can Make a Difference in Your Community! Deer Valley area TNR (Trap Neuter Return) program seeking volunteers to supply our colony kitties with food/water, care and kindness. The kitties need you! Our volunteer colony caretakers feed in the evening around dusk/sunset, 2-3 times a week. We provide food/supplies/training. This will only take 1-2 hours per week, but makes a HUGE impact for keeping these cats out of local municipal shelters, where they are most often killed. These cats are spayed/neutered and can be a bit fearful of humans. So you would not be able to pet these kitties. They will get to know you and be oh so happy to see you, even from afar. You must have your own transportation and be able to bend, kneel and carry a gallon jug of water. These kitties have no one but us and deserve our care. The cats say "Thank Mew" for caring! The Foundation for Homeless is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization whose sole purpose is to end the killing of cats and provide landowners with a low cost, long term, nonlethal cat management solution in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Description

Our work is centered in Phoenix and the surrounding areas. We assist homeowner associations, apartment complexes, mobile home parks, businesses, government offices, or individuals with free roaming and stray cat populations to adopt a Cat Management Plan using Trap-Neuter-Return.
