Mission Statement
United Way's sole purpose is to be the communities' facilitator, amplifying the flow of information and gifts. United Way will be the acknowledge innovative leader in allocating our communities' gifts to fulfill needs. Each year a committee of citizens will be formed to examine the needs of the county and to allocate the expected flow of resources. Participating agencies and team members will be delighted to be a part of our organization and will benefit from increasing support and an enhanced opportunity to serve the county's needs. United Way will strive to be innovative in its ongoing crusade to raise funds and will consider all sources of revenue to meet the county's growing needs. By understanding and supporting the United Way mission, our board members will receive recognition while providing an innovative and efficient link between givers and receivers.Board members in the performance of their duities, will place the interests of United Way and its' customers above outside or personal interests. Board members will be expected to contribute their money and their time.
